NEWS RELEASE - The Camden County Board of Education will hold a Special Called Closed Session Meeting on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the Camden County Public Library located at 118 NC Hwy 343 South, Camden, NC 27921. The special called closed session meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss one or more confidential personnel matters as allowed by N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(6) and to consult with the Board Attorney regarding matters protected by the attorney/client privilege and to preserve that privilege, as allowed by N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(3). Some personnel actions may be taken in open session following the closed session. There will be no public comment section during the special called meeting.
